I stayed at the Best View hotel in Kota Damansara, and while the location is great with plenty of nearby dining and shopping options, the service and room quality left much to be desired. We had issues with cleanliness and found the overall experience less enjoyable than expected. The breakfast was basic and seating was limited, which made for a less than ideal stay overall.

Rooms

The room we got was a no-window family room, but it had lots of hair in the bed and even mosquitoes, which feels strange for a closed room. Rating: 4/10

Service

The service was average, but I faced some troubles with the check-in and the staff forgot to take my details correctly. Rating: 5/10

Location

The location is convenient, right beside the main road with ample food and shopping options around. Rating: 8/10

Dining

The breakfast provided was basic local food, but the seating was limited and cleanliness was an issue in the dining area. Rating: 6/10

Facilities

Facilities were limited and the parking felt unsafe as it was free and nearby without security. Rating: 5/10
